Anchored to the top of the stunning Kina Hills, this holiday home captures an extraordinary 270-degree view across Tasman Bay. The site offered a rare opportunity to create a space that leaves a lasting impression on all who visit.

Designed & built  in collaboration with Contemporary Homes, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat was carefully planned to maximise the panoramic outlook from every room. Even the pool and outdoor living area—tucked behind the home for shelter from the sea breeze—offers a framed view through the central living space out to Tasman Bay beyond.

The layout was thoughtfully designed to connect with the natural surroundings at every turn. From the moment you open the oversized entry door, your eye is drawn straight to the expansive water views. At the heart of the home, a centrally positioned kitchen anchors the open-plan living and makes entertaining seamless—whether poolside or on the eastern-facing decks that run the full length of the house. Each bedroom features its own ensuite and a private vantage point over Tasman Bay, ensuring every space feels connected to the landscape.

This home is a celebration of site-responsive design, delivering a relaxed yet refined coastal experience.
