Designed and built in collaboration with Contemporary Homes, this modern, spacious residence features three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a generous four-car garage. The design was driven by a strong intent to connect indoor living with the surrounding natural landscape. With the addition of a covered outdoor living area, swimming pool, and spa, the home offers everything needed for retreat and relaxation.

Arrival is a journey in itself—via a long drive that meanders down the hillside, offering glimpses of the coastline before the home reveals itself. Upon entry and ascending the main stair, you're immediately welcomed by space and natural light in every direction.
