Perched on the edge of Nelson’s CBD, Haven Apartments is a six-level residential development designed to make the most of its elevated position. The building includes 31 well-appointed apartments, offering sweeping views from the Grampian Hills across the city and out to Tasman Bay.
The apartment mix includes a range of one- and two-bedroom options, with generous three-bedroom units on the top floor. Secure, undercover garaging at ground level ensures everyday convenience for residents.
The architectural design combines a solid concrete podium with an innovative Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) structure—bringing together durability, sustainability, and modern construction technology. The exterior features a carefully considered palette of aluminium, plaster, and metal tray cladding in natural tones, helping the building blend seamlessly into its hillside surroundings.
